Registration

All participants are kindly requested to register in advance by completing and submitting the registration form and by paying the appropriate fees. Please note that the registration form is to be used to register one participant only.

Registration fee

	Searchers	undergraduate students *
Early registration fees (Before January 29th 2010)	180 euros	90 euros
Standard registration fees (before March 19th 2010)	200 euros	100 euros
Late /on-site registration fees (after March 19th 2010)	250 euros	125 euros
The fee includes coffee, lunches, and one diner at Friday night		* a proof must be sent
Payments must be made in EURO using Bank Transfer. All bank fees and money transfer costs must be prepaid by the transmitter.

	Accommodation
	Please make your own hotel and travel arrangements.
	CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION
	Registration cancellations received in writing to the Congress Organiser’s office by 20 March 2010 will receive a full refund less €30 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded, however your registration can be transferred to another member of your organisation. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the Congress Organisers.
